Who does Taccspro work with?

We support small and medium businesses, companies, professional practices, trusts and estates. The precise scope of work is shaped around each client’s records, systems, reporting requirements and statutory responsibilities.

Where is Taccspro based?

Taccspro is based in Kyalami Estate, Midrand, Gauteng. Cloud-based systems also allow us to work efficiently with clients and financial information beyond our immediate area, subject to the requirements of the engagement.

How do I get started?

Contact us to arrange an initial discussion. We will ask about your business, current records, systems, compliance position and the support you need. This allows us to recommend a suitable scope of work and explain the information required to begin.

Tax services

Business tax, SARS submissions and compliance support

Which business tax services do you provide?

Our business tax support can include corporate income tax, provisional tax, VAT, PAYE-related submissions, tax registrations, SARS correspondence and assistance with maintaining organised records for tax compliance.

Can you communicate with SARS on our behalf?

Where appropriately authorised and within the agreed engagement, we can assist with SARS correspondence, requests for information and selected compliance matters. Some processes may still require direct action, verification or documentation from the taxpayer or registered representative.

What happens if a tax submission is overdue?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will assess which submissions and supporting records are outstanding, identify available SARS information and help establish an orderly route toward bringing the relevant obligations up to date.

Can Taccspro guarantee that SARS will not raise an assessment or query?

No adviser can guarantee a SARS outcome. Our role is to support accurate, complete and properly documented submissions based on the information supplied, and to assist professionally if SARS requests clarification or supporting evidence.

Payroll

Monthly payroll processing and employer administration

What is included in a monthly payroll service?

The agreed service may include payroll processing, payslips, payroll reports, PAYE and UIF calculations, EMP201 information and support with scheduled employer compliance. The final scope depends on employee numbers, pay cycles and your internal approval process.

When must payroll changes be submitted?

Changes should be provided before the agreed monthly cut-off date so that salaries, leave, deductions, new employees and terminations can be checked and processed accurately before payday.

Can you assist with employee tax certificates and reconciliations?

Yes. We can assist with payroll reconciliation information and employee tax certificate processes for the applicable filing periods, provided the payroll records and required employee details are complete and accurate.

Is payroll information treated confidentially?

Yes. Payroll and employee information is sensitive and is handled with professional care and confidentiality. Access and information-sharing arrangements should be limited to appropriately authorised persons.

Can you update company details or maintain statutory records?

We can assist with selected changes and statutory administration, subject to the nature of the change, the required resolutions and supporting documents, and the relevant CIPC process.
